The "jagged" panels definitely appear to be gone. I'm curious about the color. Looks gray in the first image (but everything appears de-saturated) and more of a dark turquoise in the second.

I saw the base of the tower crane in place yesterday. I'd guess the tower crane itself should be going up soon.

The YouTube video is VERY flattering to KC. The hotel and residential additions filled the downtown nicely.

Some excavation occurred on the eastern side of the site. The pink spray paint shows the former soil level. I think the excavation has to do with sewer/water but I'm not 100% certain. The excavated portion of the deep foundations appears to confirm that Reverb is using an Auger Cast Pile foundation.
