Xroads - most potential

Plaza - safest bet

Midtown - too big to generalize, NIMBY problems in desirable areas

I don't know.  It isn't as if the Plaza is some undiscovered frontier for the forward-looking investor.  You aren't finding any great deals there.  The Plaza's secret has been out for a long time.

i mean it's the safest bet for an investor.  it's proven and safe b/c it's the most developed and well-known.

Yeah.  Less chance to loose money.  But, less chance to make money, I think, too.

CCP is a nice place to walk around in at night though,

Visited the RM last night with my friend.... went to Dos Hombres (great margaritas) and hung out near HCC for a while.

I was very impressed with the amount of young folks hanging around down there... i can really see the RM redefining itself in the next few years... a lot of potential.

Looks like they are have almost demolished the old warehouse west of 1st and main.

btw... is the MAX stop in front of the Arabia Museum THE River Market stop?  That will go all the way to the Plaza, correct?

Also, if they did build light rail, where would the RM stop be? any guesses?

It depends.

There's a stop at 5th and Grand and another at 3rd and Grand.

If I'm at Harry's, I'll catch it at 5th and Grand.  If I'm going to the Market I'll go to 3rd.  The Park n Ride is at 3rd, too.
