Wondering. What are "the needs, wants and desires of the millennial generation renters"? Are they really that much different than previous generations of renters?

You're asking about the wrong age group.

Millennials are people born 1981 to 1996. So age 22-37. The youngest millennials are finishing college and entering the workforce. Some Millennials are old enough to have kids in college on the other end.

Go look around at what apartment developers have done differently in the past 10 years and that's your answer on what millennials want. It's today's apartments exactly.

This groups *kids* are driving the next round of changes.

Always thought the duplex with stacked balconies was a nice looking building. They are fairly common though.

Can't wait to see that terrible landscaping (or lack there of) removed.

30-40 years ago using railroad ties to build retaining walls was a common thing. This is a particularly unlovely hanging garden of gravel and weeds.

Any news of projects coming here? They took down the dog park that was in this area several months ago. Really a shame it's sat empty for so long along with the building on the corner of Westport Rd & Bellview.
