Final 2008 Fulmer Cup Standings
2. Missouri: various drug offenses, vandalizing cars, gun waving, hit & run with a mailbox
9. Colorado
10. Nebraska
26. Oklahoma State, Kansas State
37. Texas Tech
47. Iowa State, Oklahoma
And here all along, you're leading kcrag visitors to believe KU is tops on the list...when we're not even on the list, and have ZERO violations.
You are citing a blog started by some no name in this? That settles it... I am starting a blog that will rank KU as the most dirty college sports program in the country. Then I will come post a link on this board, because if it is on the internet it must be true!
Seriously, you had one player attempt to runover another player in football... you really shouldn't be going there.
PS - That ranking is from last year, and all of the "violations" that came from football resulted in dismissed players. KU players do something boneheaded and the AD just buries the story as if it didn't happen. Again, D'Nile ain't just a river in Egypt.
Which team had a steady rise to a great season and then followed that up with another quality season and which one had a statistical anomaly proven by the fact that no other season even comes close?
Is this seriously still a discussion?
Yes... because Kansas fans still think their program is relevant for some reason. Oh yeah.. and it is right on par with what Mizzou has done in its programs history (minus the huge lead in all time wins, bowl wins, bowl appearances, conference championships, etc of course).
After receiving an offer from Kansas earlier this week Herod met with his family to talk it over, and then decided to go ahead and commit this evening after speaking with the Jayhawks head man, Coach Mangino.
“I am officially a Jayhawk,” Herod stated to start the conversation.

After earning all-combine honors at the US Army National Combine back in January, Herod followed that up with a wide receiver MVP award at last weekend’s Nike Football Training Camp on the campus of TCU.
The best that Herod could was good enough to embarrass most of the defensive backs that tried covering him. At 6-foot-2, Herod is long and rangy, runs very smooth routes and has fantastic hands.
Is it appealing to anyone outside of Kansas Lawrence?

Yea, that sounds about right. Perhaps you should drop Bahua a line asking for a name change to "KUTeve".

Great game..terrible outcome
Thought we had em.
Still can't believe that...but at least I can rest knowing that Bush will be the biggest flop ever, and that Leinarts best NFL highlights will be found off the field in controversial pictures with underage girls.

And hopefully the USC Trojans on probation. Anybody else surprised by how high the gurus have Josh Freeman being taken in the Draft? Weak year for QB's but this still seems like a risky pick if before the 3rd Round. Not that he was surrounded by All Stars at SiloTech.

I am sure folks are impressed by his physical tools - his arm strength - how hard he is to tackle. But buyer beware - I hope they watch the tape of him trying to make passes outside the hash marks.

If he gets rattled every time he plays KU's D, think about what will happen to him when he plays against an NFL D.

ehh - his offensive line hasn't been all that hot while he was at KSU - he should see better protection in the NFL. If anything, I would have credited his standing in strong against a heavy rush as one of his better attributes. I can't think how many times I have seen that dude get a pass off with two or three guys hanging on him. Its just that it has to be straight downfield if it is going to be accurate.
