With the renovation of Troost and closing of Cinemark on the Plaza maybe its time to renovate and expand the Strand into a legitimate cinema al la Screenland Armour.

I was told that these fences were to keep the homeless from using the building as a bathroom at the (previous) height of COVID when everything was closed.
