Just ignore MD.  According to MD Kansas only played two games this year, against Mizzou and KSU.

I thought this was funny... and possibly telling...

MU quarterback Chase Daniel obviously didn’t realize just quite how he said what he said when asked about MU offensive coordinator Dave Christensen and what he’ll take to Wyoming as its new head coach.

“He’s a genius in his own mind,” Daniel said.

It's those Gold jerseys that cursed us! Damn you gold jerseys!

Actually, I really like those, but not a lot of luck in them.

KU busted out the white pants too.  Glad they went with those instead of gray for once.

Sounds like KU everytime they bust out the red hoops jerseys.

Maybe B12 defenses will have a chance next year - Mike Leach is supposedly out interviewing in Washington.

NDTeve - are you excited with the news out of South Bend this morning?

nah

Nah.  The curse in the jerseys, is the name "Mizzou" on the front.

The game should be played in OK because they have a better record then the Tigers.
If the Jayhawks were in it and had a better record then yes it should be played here.
Only way Texas can host it if one of it's teams has a better record.

Not how it works.

Stick to strip mall news.

I did catch an interesting spot on 810 the other day where they seemed to suggest that the Chiefs were really half-assing it this year - which they interpreted to be due to a realization that KC will never host the game again after this year.

Not excited. But..he's continued to do a good job of recruiting. Needs a complete overhaul of offensive staff. I don't know who else we're gonna get. I was not comfortable firing Weis for Brian Kelly or Peterson from Boise State. If Weis is fired after four years...better be for a home run hire.

Riiiiight.  Where were you when Mizzou had to play the Big 12 Championship last year as deep in B12 South territory as you can get?

So it should be played at Owen Field in Norman? That hardly seems fair. What other stadium in OK can handle this game?

Make 'em play it at Boone Pickens - sounds like they need the revenue after the equity colapse.   :D

Or play it at the Emporia State football field.  It's a good halfway point for both teams.

Since I know MD is so concerned...

http://blogs.columbiatribune.com/football/

The Alamo Bowl team selection committee walked out of its meeting Monday in San Antonio with its wish list narrowed down to four teams: Oklahoma State and Missouri from the Big 12 and Iowa and Northwestern from the Big Ten. Kansas was brought up during the meeting and discussed briefly but eventually dismissed from consideration.

Missouri vs. Iowa.  That would be cool.  Much like Missouri vs. Arkansas last year.

Plus, Iowa fans can have sex in the stadium's restrooms during the game.  \:D/

It will be hard to smuggle the goat or pig into the stadium though.
