Since we know adding new office space is existing occupancy driven it probably depends on how quickly phase 1 is occupied.

Chewology, a dumpling/noodles restaurant..
http://www.bizjournals.com/kansascity/n ... okies.html
Katie Liu-Sung, who was born in Taiwan, is drawing upon her family's heritage with the East Asian-inspired restaurant, Chewology (Dumpling & Dough), she said. The menu reflects her early cooking experiences with her mother and grandmother and also draws inspiration from her travels.
Chewology's seasonal menu will feature a variety of dumpling and noodle dishes that use fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Both the noodles and dumplings will be made from scratch daily, and the open-kitchen concept allows guests to see all the action, she said. Chewology also will serve beer and wine.

looks like it will be free today only.
The Corrigan Station garage, on the corner of 19th and Walnut streets, will be open for free for First Friday visitors.
After Friday, the garage will be for daytime use by tenants and visitors of Corrigan Station, the 10-story office building that is being redeveloped across Walnut. The garage will be available to the public for paid parking in the evenings.

Since the old building is nearly full does this mean the new addition directly west on Main is imminent.
