Re: Misc Crossroads News
that's the Studios, Inc. building, correct? Is this brewery taking over the entire (huge) space? If so, what happened to the artists/studios in there?

Hope they don't take shortcuts like most in town, well the US as a whole actually.

1515-1517 Walnut is looking good. I love those recessed balcony spaces on the second level. If only the garage entrance faced the alley... (looks like the site grading would not have allowed it)

This developer is to be applauded. For taking the risk to create this development. For an attractive design solution. For adding two streetfront retail spaces that can not make any financial sense, but that enhance the pedestrian experience and makes an opportunity for a small entrepreneur...

Who is the developer? I believe that the upper floor (s) will be Jay Tomlinson's residence.loftguy wrote: This developer is to be applauded. For taking the risk to create this development. This place opened up as the Mixing Bowl Noshery. It wasn't a bad place, its home cooking type food. I think its a good breakfast or cracker barrel type foodKCPowercat wrote:Saw new stirring and signage in the Frank's space?
