Does anyone know what their end game is? I know they wanted to turn Valentine into Corporate Woods back in the 80's, and I remember the QT proposal 7-8 years ago. Do they have a plan or do they just suck at life?

Back in 2006 or 2007 I worked at an architecture firm that did some masterplanning for them. It looked like they wanted to turn Valentine into the kind of unwalkable 'mixed use' project you find in the northland and elsewhere. Luckily nothing came of it...yet
