Price owned bob jones and parking lot. Vince Bryant owned the entire west side of the block. I think Spire is owned by someone else but either way haven’t seen it called mentioned specifically in any documents.

Dave, if you know that, then maybe you have insight into why the owner wants to keep it that way. It's inconceivable to me. If I were the owner, I'd be happy that I could make such a great contribution to the Crossroads and the city by developing or selling for development.

it picked up quite a bit last year. There are just less open to the public galleries due to rents going up (that's my theory on it)
