With the corridor fleshing out between KC and Wichita, better rail between the two becomes more feasible. Not much to do in Burlington, so a way to make a day trip to KC that isn’t driving might be useful

They're finally starting to award the grants for CHIPS stuff, so we may know more about this soon. I really hope this one gets absolutely nothing... such a scam. Looks like they had a groundbreaking a few months ago, but that doesn't really mean much.
