That doesn’t mean it’s financially productive, or contributes positively to tax coffers for either the Municipality, County, or State as compared to the inputs required from taxpayer funding.

Also for context I live barely 3 miles away from here. It’s not like I’m snubbing my nose. I’m literally a resident that’s affected by this development.

Nothing here is worth much of a dedicated trip, and I’d have to drive between multiple places to patronize multiple, and 6 lane stroads make it more hassle than it’s worth to go to stores that have similar equivalents closer to daily uses for myself and majority of OP and JOCO residents.
