anyone else surprised there's not more developments planned on Quality Hill? it's gotta be one of the most underrated neighborhoods in the city, a real gem.

I'm surprised there is no real retail. The only bodega closed during covid. Lots of new residents have shown up in the past few years.

I know 12th and Broadway was proposed for a garage, presumably and maybe even rightfully dead. The Fashionbilt proposal on 8th and Bank sounded promising but from what I've seen the developer doesn't own the property.

I’ve heard talk of Crossroads Academy doing something with the grassy/woodsy lot on 9th from Penn to Washington. I haven’t looked in a while but the lot was owned by a holding company or something connected to the Americo insurance people.

I’m hopeful someone reopens the Quiznos market location and does a better job with it. It would be a great amenity to have something like Market 3 in River market

There is certainly plenty of room to add more apartments.

Broadway deserves some bumpouts benches and street trees as well.
