I've just checked booking.com. City economy hotels are about that but near airport it's about $150 for economy with rooms available.

There are a ton of Bears fans traveling for this one. Ticket prices are the highest for the entire season, including last Thursday night, by a lot.

If you still have those by chance I'd love to use them to make some neat wall prints!herrfrank wrote: ↑Wed Aug 30, 2023 1:56 amI have the full set of 1969 blueprints for this Oberlechner monolith, if anyone wants them. LOL. Offered to current management, who declined.FangKC wrote: ↑Fri May 05, 2023 11:08 pmCrowne Plaza Hotel has been:

Crowne Plaza
By 1991 (21 years after it opened), the hotel had deteriorated greatly, and proposals were put forth to renovate it into a convention hotel. This included a plan to add an additional 500 rooms and a 380-space garage. I'm assuming this addition would have been to the south of the present building.
[Actually, I think we trashed them in the last Deffenbaugh recycling pick-up.]

Nationally according to PromoLeaf, trade show attendance from January to September 2023 was 20% lower than the same period in 2019. Looks like personal travel/tourism has helped offset biz/trade show losses.
