Why do we keep charging a huge premium for larger units per square foot instead of just building more larger units?

Looking at their website seems like many units are in the $4-7 PSF range with much of the highest floors sold out.

Is my memory faulty or was there originally a skywalk proposed between 2 and 3 Light? I'm guessing (thankfully) that it died at some point...but I don't remember when or why.

I think they cut it due to cost cuts, thank god. It would have been ugly as hell.

Additionally I think it was they decided to add the amenities to 3L that they were originally going to share with 2L so once they decided that no reason for the walkway

Sky bridge was dropped due to budget and safety. Would have been a great amenity to those living in the buildings. No changes were made to either amenity space.

I think it was dropped because cordish didn’t want to ac/heat it. Ran into problems and they said fuck it.

Preventing ice from forming was a concern for sure.

Today. Some new artwork of some sort is going up in that white rectangle on Truman near Main.Based on the way things look, I imagine all sidewalks will be open shortly.

Great pics.

Would be so nice to see this same thing occur in the east loop with a new stadium.

I would guess 16-24 months after they release a rendering.

I thought that was going to be a map of the central city or something. This is okay, but I liked the map idea better.
