JetBlue: no mid continent hub but will need one to challenge United, Delta, American, and Southwest
Southwest: capacity constrained at MDW and DAL. STL connecting operation provides sub par experience. Denver took a lot of this need. Maybe we could grab STL if they don’t end up building a new terminal in 2026 like they’ve been taking about.
Any chance MCI takes load off of DEN in the future? I'm pretty ignorant in this area, but my anecdotal experience is that the Denver terminals continue to feel overrun by humanity the last several times I've flown through.
None. Denver is their largest city with plenty of space for growth.

Agree with this. Denver is more likely to take from others at this point, than anyone need to take a load off them.

The only thing I would think is potential for rerouting due to weather.
This would trim the maximum range, which Airbus officially pegs at 4,700 nautical miles (8,700 km). One told Reuters the changes would knock some 200 nm (370 km) off the practical range, which was closer to 4,000 nm in normal operations.
If above is true that would almost rule out all of Europe for us and would be a major bummer.

Spring Break Southwest schedules drop this week. Any expectations?
Not sure if I “expect” anything but if we were to get anything new I would think this would be one of the prime releases for it. Especially beach related. Might just mean more flights to places we already beach flights or something coming back sooner than summer. I am curious to see if Cabo and Montego Bay stick around for this.

I'm hoping they'll finally get around to launching CHS.
I really would love to see KC get a flight to Palm Springs, it would make for a great East Coast Connecting spot for Southwest. Could even work as an Allegiant seasonal flight. Palm Springs/Coachella Valley is growing from a tourism standpoint and its a great change of pace to Florida for sunshine/golf.

Looks like Air Canada cut the season back. Now end Sept 4. Scheduled to return next May.
How are loads? I don't know anyone who is back to flying this route.
This flight needs to be a few hours earlier, it would be the perfect flight for connections to Europe, landing at 730pm is simply too late for most Europe connections
Interested to see if we get Sun Country in 2024. Doesn't look like their current schedule extends pat early January (KC ends in November for the season).

As long as MLS uses them I figure they will stick around unless the loads are terrible. Like under 30%
