I feel like it's more of a result of late stage capitalism.

There's a pretty amazing and unbelievable documentary that just came out called The Holly. It's available to rent on Amazon Prime and is streaming on STARZ. I highly recommend it. https://thehollyfilm.com/
The director is a journalist and also wrote a book at the same time, with the same name. I recently read that he had to go into hiding or a witness protection-type program because of threats on his life, but have not confirmed that.

No, but I'm not sure why I'm even answering your question. If you would have taken a moment to go to the link, you would have quickly learned that the director is Julian Rubinstein. It has nothing to do with COVID or the jab. It's about gang violence, police and government corruption, urban development and gentrification. It's a serious piece of journalism that took 7 years to make.alejandro46 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 28, 2023 11:27 am Directed and produced by this guy?

I clicked on the link. I googled Mountain Time Media. I found the director. Here is another link:taxi wrote: ↑Tue Feb 28, 2023 1:06 pmNo, but I'm not sure why I'm even answering your question. Seems like a pretty inflamatory piece made to scare suburbanites about the urban core, but sure OK. Very serious journalism (TM).
Homelessness is a problem, don't get me wrong. Just always want to check the source of who is making such claims.

You're confusing taxi with the OP.

Sorry, alejandro46, I thought you were asking about my link. I realize now that the OP's link is what you were referring to and I agree.alejandro46 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 28, 2023 2:34 pmI clicked on the link. I googled Mountain Time Media. I found the director. Regardless, please check out The Holly documentary. It is worth your time and small change.

Thanks, and no worries. Yes, The Holly does look very interesting, especially as I am a lawyer and really care and am interested in wrongful convictions, recidivism and how that cycle harms communities, especially communities of color.taxi wrote: ↑Tue Feb 28, 2023 10:44 pmSorry, alejandro46, I thought you were asking about my link.
