So I was looking at where the next phase of the MGE project will go and it looks like it will replace a giant surface parking lot. But while looking, I noticed the blocks to the west of that have been nearly leveled. Tons of empty lots. That's something you might see in the decaying east side of KCMO, but not in west midtown.
Anybody know who is doing this and if they have a plan for those blocks?
