the thing has a taller presence than i would have guessed based upon the renderings.

Really a unique and beautiful building. Agree with Riverite earlier, reminds me of Taipei 101.

The west side would have spectacular views over Forest Park to the Clayton skyline. The east must have good DT views above the 12th floor. I would like to see a photo of this from downtown and from the area around Grand.

Here's a view from Maryland Avenue East of Euclid. This picture is neat in the way the snow is on the ground, older homes neighbor taller structures, and One Hundred sticks out above it all.
