The old LaRue/Lane Blueprint building on Baltimore will house the relocated downtown Mildred's (which is hidden inside Ten Main Center):

Based on 30,000 sq feet they're selling the connected commercial space in the Union Carbide Buildng too

Interestingly, the listing document uses the original floor plans for the first tenant

Most people associate Mildred’s, the popular cafe and coffee shop, with the Crossroads Arts District.

But did you know there’s another Mildred’s in downtown, one that predates the Crossroads location at 19th and Wyandotte by almost a decade?

Hah... for me I learned there was a Mildred's in the Crossroads just now when I read this article. :) I only knew about / had been to the one in Ten Main.

Looks like they're finally starting to take the scaffolding off the roof of the 80s commerce building. Yay

Wow. Wonder what they'll do with the old lobby? Event space?

Question: What is the building immediately north of The Green Lady Lounge and what is going on with it? Some of the windows were boarded up when I went by is the other day. Thanks for any info and sorry if this has already been answered!
