They have yet to purchase some of the more significant scopes on the project. However, pre-con + procurement is very much active. From what I hear, they will be looking to purchase some of the big scopes relatively soon. Doesn’t sound like the project is stalled or on hold to me.
Thanks, normalthings! Good to hear this project is still alive.
I have a few more updates for you.

1. The design is still ongoing. The big scopes( ss, concerted, etc) haven’t been procured yet because drawings haven’t progressed far enough. However, they are supposedly pretty close.

2. The design has changed from the conceptual renderings shown earlier. This is part of the reason why design documents aren’t ready yet.

On another note....One Cardinal Way is under construction and Two Cardinal Way is supposedly in the works. OCW looks great. It will be interesting to see if 3 Light is more similar to then we’re Cordish projects.

I wouldn't expect many shocking changes to the design though. Regardless, I'm looking forward to seeing any official updates about this project.

I recall discussion that Three Light is going to be connected by a skybridge to Two Light via the Pool/Amenity Deck.

I recall something about the Midland Office Building being completed as affordable housing around the same time as Three Light. Do we know if this is still a thing? I'm most excited to see that building's first floor retail space reactivated!

I don’t have any updates. However, iirc they only have to redevelop the Midland if they take the garage incentives.

Here is a little more info on the Midland conversion and also confirmation that Three Light construction will start Q4. Wish there was more news about Four and Five Light but I'm sure Cordish is waiting to see how Three Light performs.

Makes sense to have skywalk to allow building residents to share amenities without having to exit building or deal with doorman security each way.

Generally hate skywalks but probably makes sense here.

Not just any moving sidewalk. Think like a ski lift where there's chairs moving in a circle.

They could expand it to Penn Valley Park. I hear there's a bus tax that can help fund these kind of projects.
