Re: Lenexa
Kohl's is one retail place i never understood and think it's all psychological based on the sales they run but usually all the clothes are jacked up to begin with so a lot of time you are paying the normal prices even though you are getting it "on sale"
Re: Lenexa
Agree. And now just about every mid-level retailer like Macy's and Gap are all following suit. The failed experiment at JCP a decade ago doomed selling items at everyday low prices rather than relying on promotions.brewcrew1000 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 14, 2019 12:06 pm Kohl's is one retail place i never understood and think it's all psychological based on the sales they run but usually all the clothes are jacked up to begin with so a lot of time you are paying the normal prices even though you are getting it "on sale"

AdventHealth developers reduce proposed hospital height from 8 to 5 stories in site plan for Lenexa wellness campus after opposition from neighboring residents, planning commission
With all that land, I can't figure out why the 8 stories have to be right across from the housing development. They could easily move it to the massive parking lot which is close to 87th st.

Re: Lenexa
More subsidized quasi urban suburban development. But please tell me more about how the City of KCMO is giving handouts to developers in the urban core...
Re: Lenexa
The only reason not to hate this is that it isn't at 320th street
