They have 30 brands. Which main level are you talking about? It’s not setup as a low-medium-high
Longer stay is a different series of tiers for example.
well marriott owns SPG now. RIP lucrative SPG point program. footprint was the only thing legacy marriott had over legacy starwood imo. i'd take the average sheraton i've stayed in over the average marriott. much better loyalty program/implementation, too. of the brands downtown, i am a fan of marriott's ambassador. nice facility. very good service. restaurant/bar leave something to be desired, but that's more or less to be expected.
Lane drop in place on both 10th and Grand. Traffic control permit says "construction on The Reserve". No plans on Compass so I assume this must just be maintenance?
EDIT: An interior demo permit was issued 10/19/18. So...this is moving forward albeit slowly?
Though it does look in that photo like it's been hosed down, the cynic in me thinks they closed the sidewalk just to stop people from calling 311 about it.
Sorry to triple post, but this place is disgusting. I'm guessing what we're seeing here is interior demolition and we'll see hoses coming down this side of the street.
I hope the neighbors are ready because this place is infested with rats.
