Yes it is. So raggers interested in the project have a good opportunity with this event.

It was a fun party. They had fancy chocolates with gold leaf. 10/10

It’s like the fancy cruise ships you see on tv except nicer. There was a ton of fancy food and drinks, the amenities seemed super nice, and the views where great. The base units where surprisingly nice and the penthouses where surprisingly not nice.

The penthouse unit was kinda sad tbh. The exposed concrete becomes overwhelming on that scale. Felt cold and empty.

As normalthings (nice tribute there) pointed out, the standard unit was much more pleasant. Still not my cup of tea though.

Any updates on leasing? Last check was a month ago and was around ~55%
