Help! Lunch TODAY

Post by StL_Dan »

I need suggestions/recommendations for good lunching spots in the I-35/95th Street corridor. I'll go as far north as 87th and as far south, east and west as 435, Metcalf and Lackman, respectively. I've crisscrossed that area over the years, but you know how it is when you are under the gun to pick a spot...brain freeze. I've been googlemapping, but am only seeing the usual spots - Panzon's, Houlihan's, Jack Stack.....

Need to buy a new Cards hat at Lids in Oak Park...so gotta stay within shoutin' distance for lunch so I can get lunch, hat and back to work in reasonable time.

By the way - I had the Coffee & Bailey's shake at Betty Rae's in Waldo last night.....FIRE.

The new Hayward's is supposed to be pretty good and seems like it should be close to the area you're talking about, if I'm visualizing it right.
