I like it! I wish they could have added the fountains to the blue areas representing the fountains in the outfield, but maybe that would have been too busy?

Its missing the Denny's logo.
I like it. Clean and represents the stadium well.

It should have included street-level retail.

Here's a better version of the logo... plus it now adorns the entire front of the Royals Hall of Fame in left field - looks awesome!

FWIW, Sly used the announcement today to try to leverage support for the downtown hotel. Said something like "everyone that visits here is going to like it so much they're going to want to stay - so we'll need a downtown hotel!"
Said downtown will host all the Fan Fest activities.

I applaud the effort, but seriously?

They are now accepting volunteer applications - some of you would be perfect ambassadors for these positions!

MLB All-Star Summer Volunteer — Volunteers are being sought to fill approximately 500 key positions on our All-Star Summer Volunteer Team! As an MLB All-Star Summer Volunteer you will be a part of the action, whether it's greeting guests at airports, welcoming guests at hotels and providing information about the city, working as a transportation assistant, assisting with hospitality events and much more. This is a great way for you to be a part of the All-Star Summer team. Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older. Don't let this amazing opportunity pass you by. To be on the roster, you must be available to work one shift for at least three consecutive days during the period of July 6-10. As a keepsake, you will be able to keep your commemorative shirt, cap, lanyard, and drawstring backpack.
