Hali and Cassel cannot participate because players playing in the Super Bowl are removed from Pro Bowl consideration ;)

They probably both have a chance to play if the Chiefs make an early exit.  Tom Brady and co. will probably not be making it to the Pro Bowl.

Tooling around on the kchiefs website and noticed this article from dec. 7th.  Saying Jackson county is adding a $4.50 per vehicle user fee to park.  I'm assuming that?s going to be on top of the $22, bringing parking up to $26.50.  Seems a bit extreme to me.

I've been thinking that too. Wishful thinking, but still.......

There are reports Charlie Weis is leaving the Chiefs to take the OC job with the U of Florida. Seems like an odd backwards career move, but maybe he wants to get back in the college game and get a HC job?

Eh, I don't think Todd Haley likes him much. The last OC he didn't get along with didn't last very long.

I'm not getting too excited quite yet. If the Chiefs play like they did today, that will be a painful game to watch.

What if the Ravens play like they did today?  Cincinnati ALMOST beat them...in Baltimore.

Ouch for 2011!

Road game at Chicago...Will be in attendance for that one. I'd venture to guess we'll have some national tv games with that schedule.

My predicition:

The Chiefs will find a way to win this week, which will get everyones hopes up. They will follow that up with a trip to Pittsburgh and will be mauled by the Steelers.

That is all.

The only way the Chiefs go to Pittsburgh in round 2 if is the Chiefs win and the Jet beat Indy.  I don't think that is likely to happen, but it is certainly possible.

My prediction: Chiefs go one-and-done, everybody says, "Same old Chiefs," when playoffs were a pipedream at the start of the season, and even in Week 16.

Something tells me the Jets will win in Indy. While I think the Jets are a fraud, I believe the Colts are an even bigger fraud.

And people like me will rebut that the Chiefs were 10-6 and went to the playoff with a young team in a 2nd year regime that the large majority picked to finish 7-9/8-8 and miss the playoffs entirely.

Sure, but I would tend to put my money on the fraud that has Peyton Manning.
