I thought this was a typo when I saw it in the paper. Is this even possible? Either it was really bad last year and its getting back to normal or things are improving drastically.

Can't figure out where the 2-3 bedrooms are going up...Wonder if this includes rehabs and renovations.

New construction only. Individual homes, duplexes, quads, apartments, and also conversions like from office to residential. Unless things have changed it would not include converting apts to condos or the opposite or rehabbing existing residences.NDTeve wrote: Wonder if this includes rehabs and renovations.

I may be right. I may be wrong. But there is a lot of gray area in-between.
