What is going in the space below Peach Tree? Is this Fran's?
I've noticed that concrete trucks have been pouring concrete in this space. In fact, the truck is currently mixing concrete.

That is Frans. They finally seemed to break loose on finishing this space last week.KC-wildcat wrote: What is going in the space below Peach Tree? Is this Fran's?

Fran's had been doing below grade plumbing for the last two weeks. Should get moving pretty fast now.

Looks like they have a lot of work to do yet.
When are they supposed to be open?

Re: Fran's
Doors were open in the space directly north of AMC - east of President. Couldnt' tell if floors were poured or if they were doing any substantive work.
Any word on this space? Seems like a perfect space for a jazz club or other swanky spot.

Fran's has exterior signage and furniture - can't be too far off now.

Re: Fran's
Hmmm... not exactly what I was expecting. I thought it would be an old-school, lighted jukebox, 1960's-type diner. Looks a lot more modern and, sorry, kinda....boring.

Re: Fran's
I threw out a couple of those chairs a few years ago(even had the original pads). I had no idea they were anything special until I saw them at the Nelson.
