Not sure if you all watched the game last night. Teahen had an inside the park HR last night in the bottom of the 9th to tie the game and send it into extra innings. Unfortunately we still lost.

Hillman is not on my good list now. To many managing errors in this streak....they just don't make any sense.

Yeah, there is a lot to dislike about Hillman so far.  His love of the stolen base and over aggressiveness on the base paths, his downright bizarre use of the intentional walk, his handling of his pitching staff, his lineups (there's no excuse for fourth outfielder Gathright getting so much playing time and German having only 38 at bats)...  I'd like to think he's going to learn and improve as time goes on, but he's not new to this, it's not as though he's still trying to figure out how to manage a baseball team.  Two months isn't much to judge a guy on, especially when in spite of his missteps, the team was close to .500 for a month and a half of that, but I am growing increasingly frustrated with Hillman.  At this point about the best I can say for him is that he's not Buddy Bell.  That's not setting the bar very high.

And Phuq, why shouldn't Gathright play so often?  He's taking time from Ross Gload effectively, b/c Teahen moves to 1B.  Gload is worse.  Also, DDJ has been hurt at times.

Guillen went nuts on 610 radio after the game calling the players and staff a bunch of babies and said that the Royals franchise is shitty he went on to say that they will suck now and continue to suck. He said the F word over 25 times in 3 minutes. If they podcast the conversation I will post it.
