Lofts at Truman and Grand?

Post by KCMax »

Sorry if there's a thread on this, but does anyone have any renderings or plans for the loft conversion at Truman and Grand next to Retro Inferno?

I believe this is the building before they started work on it

Thanks, I thought the sign on the building said lofts, but a restaurant/office space would be really cool too.

1508 Grand.  First floor retail, second floor office, third floor 5,500 square foot, full floor, loft residence, with full roof rights for terrace, patio, helicopter pad, etc...

Wasn't this the building slated to be Lightbox Lofts a couple of years ago??

I remember the proposed "Lighthouse Lofts" on 5th Street, next to Conover Place.  Lightbox sounds like a good name for a high-tech strip club, though.

IIRC, plans were for mixed res/commercial use with eye toward artists/photographers.  Also, I found references on the web listing it as 1512 Grand - maybe it was converted already.

Yes, I think the Lightbox Lofts is the building next door to the south--that has already been converted.
