The United States Golf Association ranks golf courses in America, based on a scoring system. Kansas City's #1 golf course in that ranking is Sycamore Ridge, in Spring Hill, KS. I played it yesterday on a beautiful KC fall day:

#6 sure looks challenging.
#17 is a nice hole. My favorite kind of shot. I've won a lot of quarters on holes like that.

MD~
What a good idea! Pictures of a golf course you played. Very nice pics, too. I like the first one best.

We have had some damn fine golf weather for late october/early november - freaking shame that I haven't had a half a second to get near a club. Good pics MD.

I have a free round coupon for Sycamore Ridge, looks like I better use it before it expires or before it gets too cold. Nice pics

The weather has been INCREDIBLE this fall. I've been amazed how nice it's been.LenexatoKCMO wrote: We have had some damn fine golf weather for late october/early november - freaking shame that I haven't had a half a second to get near a club. :( Good pics MD.
INcidentally, KC has some really great golf conditions. (1) Lots of sunshine, (2) fairly warm - can go 9months/yr, (3) very hilly. surprinsingly so. Some people moan that golfing in FLA or TEX is totally boring compared to here.
