This was mentioned in the big business section article about downtown living today. Very good news. The realtor we used had NO idea about downtown living, luckily we already had the place picked, she didn't have to do any hunting.

I haven't seen the article yet, but it will be in the old Lung Association building. They will build a model loft unit/showroom in the building (similar to the showroom for Gillham Row). Eventually, a condo complex will be built on that corner.

Prudential lofts and condos already has an office at 20th and wyandotte.
Are you sure we're talking about the same God here, because yours sounds kind of like a dick.
