Interesting they did not qoute the EDC, I'm sure they had some role in this project. It must have been led by KCADC. Viva ThinkOne!!!!!

Why was there no info on how much this will cost the city and/or state? It was mentioned numerous times in the article about things like the EDC being involved. How were they involved and in what capacity?

Is this yet another public/private business arrangement?
