Now this might be a chain but this is the high end type retail they need to continue to bring in.

Tiffany's moving back to the Plaza?
It seems weird that they would come back to KC after leaving, but the Plaza would be ideal for them. I always thought part of the reason they weren't in the market was because of KC-based Helzberg and Tivol.
Was Tiffany in a different building than Saks? The Tiffany at Dallas Galleria is listed at a little over 9500 sq. feet much smaller than a Saks.

Tiffany's moving back to the Plaza?
It's official...Tiffany and Co. will be back on the Plaza in late September. They will assume the northeast corner of the Eddie Bauer space as EB downsize their store...hopefully an entire move-out will be next.

Tiffany's moving back to the Plaza?
Great News! It's interesting that 20 years ago there were only 6-10 Tiffany stores in the country and KC had one. Much like 20-25 years ago we had NBA basketball and Pro Hockey along with Royals/Chiefs and a Plaza full of unique upscale retailers and dare I say perhaps a BIT healthier downtown, etc...what happened? Where has the progress been since then (until recently of course)?
Anyway still good to hear, the Plaza needs to continue to bring in tenants like this.

I finally divorced beer and proposed to whiskey, but I occassionally cheat with fine wine.
