TIF List?
Does anyone know if there is a TIF or 353 tax abatement list that someone could go to on the internet to look at ?

The EDC publishes an annual report of all TIF projects. http://edckc.com/tif/index.htm
I have never seen a similar report on 353 and others.

You could try kcmo.org and click on the city's budget. It would be in the area of city development I believe.
I may be right. I may be wrong. But there is a lot of gray area in-between.

The TIF Act (http://www.moga.state.mo.us/statutes/C0 ... 000800.HTM) requires annual reporting to the General Assembly. 353 law has no such requirement (http://www.moga.state.mo.us/STATUTES/C353.HTM).Paintfumes wrote: Does anyone know if there is a TIF or 353 tax abatement list that someone could go to on the internet to look at ?
