I'm wondering if anyone knows what's going on along Pennsylvania, about a block south of Westport Rd on the east side of the street. There used to be a building there along with a surface lot that curled around it. Looks like it's been demoed, and the site is being prepped for something. I've driven by here dozens of times, but for some reason i didn't realize it was all gone till today while going by.
Anyone know what's going on? (or maybe there's an existing thread i missed).
