Discuss items in the urban core outside of Downtown as described above. Everything in the core including the east side (18th & Vine area), Northeast, Plaza, Westport, Brookside, Valentine, Waldo, 39th street, & the entire midtown area.

Woodland Avenue

On Dec. 17th the Operations Committee approved a project for Woodland Avenue to the council.
Expected to finish 2004 and will cost about 2.8 million and federally funded 1.3 million.
I sorta forgot about what it exactly is, but is supposed to improve it.
