Another way to put it is that a project won't happen in this town w/out it. At least surface lot reduction is improving compared to other cities.

The big gain would come by shifting subsidies from parking to more frequency on the system.
Cooridors like N. Oak/Burlington are dramatically undeserved by busses. I can go weeks without seeing a bus on it and it has 7 day service.

The North Oak bus runs about once an hour on the weekend. The one time I tried to ride that bus, my first bus was running late and I missed the connection by mere minutes. Never again.
