3,500 ballots received as of this morning. quite sure we will break the 4K mark, given the level of activity today and increased media coverage. that would put "turnout" at 13%.

When the court is done processing all of the last minute ballots and hands them over to the election board. Hopefully Thursday or Friday this week.

they have to validate each ballot is valid to be counted first, like checking for the notary on the envelope. might not have made the final ballot count yet.
