the next general election will have both Clay Chastain's and the KCATA's proposed tax increases on the ballot. I am really concerned that Clay and his reputation is going to do much more damage to our chance to have a top-notch public transportation system. I do like some of the ideas in his proposal, but it is too much, with too little funding, and will screw up things more than fix them.
Any thoughts?
