Thought exercise
Think of startup village along state line road or the Biotech Venture Accelerator (way out at K-7/-10) but imagine it was downtown and it was new construction in a multi-story building. Now let's say it's a multi-use building with residential and commercial aspects too. Making it a live-work space.
The project needs to be physically appropriate for downtown, profitable for the builder, a place geeks want to live and work, that banks will fund, and it follows city code.
How do you design it? What goes into the building to make it work?
An urban live-work tech space
