Because the Dillions is still empty,a Bank and so on are to.

I guess you haven't been there in a while because every single building on West Sante Fe within Olathe's city limits has a tenant.  None of them are empty.  Not one.

Did you mean North Sante Fe in Lee's Summit, Kansas?

Fairyland park. Downtown baseball stadium and stuff.
