Website on KC pedestrian-unfriendly design

Several years ago somebody posted a website that feature pictures of some of the most pedestrian-hostile areas in KC. I distinctly remember one was the parking along Ward Parkway on the south side of Brush Creek where there no sidewalks. Does anyone know the website I am talking about?

I remember this.  There was a site of places around the world with uber ridiculous stuff like bike paths which had a 10 inch curb intersecting them, etc.  It was awesome and I wouldn't mind perusing again if it's located.
