demo on broadway &17th

does anyone know what is planned for the site(post office warehouse) that is currently being razed on 17th and broadway?
(south of PAC construction site)

It's going to be the Town Topic valet parking facility.

Take a look at Assurant's "facility" at 20th and Grand - I suspect that the construction here will employ similar architecture and design.

I'd go ten to one it becomes some much needed surface parking for at least 5 years.

It was supposed to have been a condo tower, but that fell through. I don't know if it was because of the vociferous crossroads opposition, or for reasons unrelated to the opposition.

if i remember correctly, they didn't hit their pre-sales mark (understandable considering the housing market slow down).
KC Region is all part of the same animal regardless of state and county lines.
Think on the Regional scale.
