Perhaps DST could convert this building. It would make a good space for a railroad infastructure/maintenance back office.  Maybe artist lofts too.  I think it could be made into a neat building though.

The building was constructed in 1901. Imperial Brewery later merged Rochester Brewery, the J.D. Iler Brewery, and the Heim Brewing Company to form the Kansas City Breweries Company.
