I can't seem to find the thread about the 3 buildings on 10th and Oak across from Ilus Davis park.

Anyone know where it is.. or whats going on with these buildings?

Isn't the die/engraving business in the middle still there and open?

they've been working on that corner building for some time, including adding balconies on the north facade.

Siegrest Engraving is still in business.  My folks worked there when they met in the fifties.  Abnos(Abdiana)  is supposed to make condos on the corner, but that building has seen no progress for several years.

The Abdiana Building at 20th and Grand has been reportedly going condo for four years.  Never does.

Looks to me like they're putting a second P&L Live! courtyard up there. 

I saw a truck parked in front of the building last weekend and they were unloading building supplies.

What is with the pink sky MidWestSider?
