NE Corner of Grand Ave. and Independence Ave.

Does anyone know what's going on at this location?  Someone has demolished the buildings on the east side of Grand between Missouri and Independence Avenues.

it's the old pisciotta produce warehouse....demolished for Bank of Lawson.

Thanks.  I was hoping for a grocery store, but I guess a full-service bank in the RM is still a positive development.
