Blue Parkway and Elmwood

I was just wondering but about a month ago there was a lot of activity around this area, I am not sure what is happening there...does anyone know what it is?

isn't this where the old "Louisiana Catfish Dock" place was? 

if so, i heard the city condemned and razed it and a Sonic is going in there.

Yeah thats the place...I hope you're right about Sonic going in there!

drove by here the other day....there is a structure going up that does NOT look like a sonic.  can't tell what it is though.  a sonic would be pretty weird since there is already one about a mile away on Cleaver II.
