What happend to the Telsa Building

i remember reading about the telsa building and getting excited about filling in that  big ass empty space next to the tower and light building and for the last few months i've heard nothing.... is this still in the talks or scrapped?

With office vacancy rates over 20% this will not be built for a while. I am guessing 3-4 years.

ah, i understand... is the city currently doing anything to get companies and firms to move downtown. like giving incentives and tax breaks?
